Second Opinion for Hearing Aids and Hearing Care
If you are unsure about your hearing care plan or hearing aid performance, a second opinion can provide clarity and confidence.
"In my years of audiology practice, of those seeing me for a second opinion, about 75% of them needed and benefited from it." — Dr. Meryl Miller
The most important aspect of hearing healthcare is the partnership between you and your audiologist. You should feel comfortable asking questions and confident in your provider's technical expertise. If you have concerns about your current hearing plan, hearing aid performance, or a recommendation you received elsewhere, we are happy to review your situation with fresh eyes.
What a second opinion covers
A second opinion at ClearWorks may include a review of your existing hearing test results, a new Hearing Evaluation if appropriate, an assessment of your current hearing aids or recommended technology, and a straightforward conversation about what we find and what your options are. If your current hearing aids would benefit from updated programming, our Hearing Aid Fitting and Refitting service uses the same evidence-based verification process applied to every new fitting.
